Our approach to returns
We want you to be satisfied with the irrigation products you purchase from us. Returns will be accepted in cases where there are genuine concerns with the product, such as damage in transit, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items supplied.
Eligible return reasons
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is received in damaged or broken condition
- The product has a clear manufacturing defect
- You received a different item, size, or specification than what was ordered
Conditions for returns
- Products must be reported within 10 days from date of delivery.
- Items should be unused, in their original condition, and wherever possible with original packaging and invoice
- Photos or videos of the issue will be requested to help us assess the concern
How to raise a return request
To raise a return request, please contact us with your order number, product details, a brief description of the issue, and supporting photos (if available). Our team will review the concern and guide you through the next steps, which may include replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Non-eligible returns
Returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, normal wear and tear, or where there is no genuine issue with product quality or supply.
PRODUCT DETAILS
- Flow Rates (Discharge): 4 or 8 LPH
- Operating Pressure: 1.0 kg/cm² (approx. 1 bar or 14.2 psi)
- Dripper Type: Online (can be punched directly into the irrigation tube or connected via irrigation feeder tubes) or flow control
- Applications: Specifically recommended for orchards, vineyards, greenhouses, nurseries, and landscape gardening.

Direct Installation:
- Simply use a 2.9mm punch to install the dripper directly onto your 16mm or 20mm main supply pipe.
- Control the flow by twisting the cap to your desired level

Potted Plants: Use a 4mm extension tube from the dripper outlet to reach individual pots or plants that are not aligned with your main pipe

Shipping within India
We deliver orders across India using our logistics partner Delhivery. Standard delivery timeframes apply to all major metro cities, with slightly longer timelines for non-metro and remote locations.
Dispatch time
Most in‑stock items are dispatched within 1–3 business days after your order is confirmed. You will receive tracking details by email/SMS once the shipment is handed over to our courier partner.

Metro & major cities: Standard delivery timelines as per Delhivery service levels Other cities, towns & remote locations: Extended delivery timelines based on your PIN code and service availability. If there is no shipping service in your area, we will contact you for the next best action.
Shipping charges
We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below this value, applicable shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
